Samsung UN55C8000
I bought this TV (Samsung UN55C8000) in Oct. 2010, but it only last for less than 6 months. I called Samsung for service, and they assigned me a repair ticket with a Alpha DTV service contractor. The schedule was 9-12, technician came to my house at 12:45 (only after I called to remind them), and he dose not even know what need to service (wasting all of my time on the phone talking to them to analyze the problem), and then he can not fix the problem (I have to reschedule for a second appointment).
